Atom has achieved a recommendation score of 93% in Finder’s 2025 Customer Satisfaction Awards. Jason Loewenthal, a banking writer at Finder, explains why the bank is a Customer Satisfaction Champion.
Atom has been recognised by customers as one of the best savings providers in the UK at the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2025. Partnering with research consultancy Censuswide, Finder collected over 7,500 responses across 9 different categories for this year’s awards. This included over 750 responses from savings customers.
A very impressive 93% of customers said they would recommend Atom as a savings provider, so they have been awarded the title of Customer Satisfaction Champion for 2025.
Customers loved Atom bank’s competitive interest rates and user-friendly app
Customers particularly loved how easy the Atom app is to use, with many stating that it makes it simple for them to save money online.
According to one happy customer from Plymouth, “The app is excellent… interest rates are competitive and there is a good selection of savings accounts to choose from”.
Another customer, from Liverpool, praised the “excellent digital experience through faultlessly designed app” and spoke about how the “fixed term savings rates are highly competitive”.
In general, customers felt confident that their money was safe and that they were earning good interest with Atom bank. The application process was also praised for being straightforward. All these factors combined led to a recommendation score of 93%.
