What will your ‘typical’ day look like? Different that’s for sure…:

As a Product Manager (Mortgages), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our mortgage products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product strategy, and deliver exceptional digital experiences.

This role will suit someone who is able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment and at pace. You’ll manage a broad range of stakeholders, so the ability to build relationships and influence is key. We’re continuing to grow and look at additional products, this role will make a tangible impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Customer Centricity: Conduct in-depth customer research to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver exceptional products.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in product management within financial services, preferably in Mortgages however experience within Savings and/or Loans would still be very useful.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements (FCA Handbook, MCOB, ICOB, and CONC).
