Straightforward lending criteria
We pride ourselves on our straightforward lending criteria, designed to help you get your customer the mortgage they need. This includes customers who are:
- Self-employed or contractors
- Have less than perfect credit
- Require lending into retirement
Easy affordability calculator
Our easy-to-use, online affordability calculator will give you an estimate of how much your customers could borrow. You’ll just need to know:
- Property value, loan amount and term
- Applicant details including age, postcode and income details
Automated decisioning and valuations
Over a third of our mortgage applications receive an offer the same day or next day, while over half are supported with automated valuation (AVM) or automated income verification (AIV).*
This focus on technology and automation means less work for you, with:
- Less need to submit payslips every time
- AVMs being used for Prime, Near Prime, Remortgage and Purchase cases where eligible
